Slash is Out and Now DJ Khalid and Big Sean Are Neighbors

Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash recently sold his estate to rapper Big Sean for a reported $8.7 million.

Public records don’t yet reflect the sale of the ornate Beverly Hills estate that features a basement nightclub with an elevated DJ booth, custom LED lighting, and chrome stripper pole.

Perhaps the 52-year-old rocker was tired of living in a 10,971-square-foot estate with seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a 36-foot halfpipe for skating.

The house has many other features of interest to a modern music maker, including an elaborate recording studio, a living room with bar, a home theater that seats 12, and three pirate ship chandeliers that float above the two-story foyer.

Other amenities include a chef’s kitchen with double islands, a game room, and a library. The half-acre lot also features an outdoor living room with a fireplace, a pool and spa, a barbecue center, a sand volleyball court, and an organic vegetable garden.

The mansion is located in Mulholland Estates, which has quite an A-list pedigree. The newly christened Chez Sean is located right across the street from the estate DJ Khaled bought from Britain’s Robbie Williams for $9.9 million.
